Title: Physics at the Outskirts of Galaxy Clusters

Abstract:

In recent years, the outskirts of galaxy clusters has emerged as a powerful location to study dark matter and gravity. In particular, a feature at the boundary of galaxy clusters, known as "splashback", encodes dynamical information about how the cluster formed. This feature can be used to study different models of dark matter and gravity. In this talk I will present a series of analyses studying the large-scale profiles of galaxy clusters using both optical and millimeter wave data.
